Located on the premises with friendly and professional staff who offer our guests the following services; meet on arrival, assist with check-in, booking tours, airport transfers and car hire. The service centre is equipped with a computer and is a wifi hotspot exclusively for our guests.Operating hours: 07h00 – 19h00
Late arrivals can be arranged at an additional charge after hours.
Uber Taxi Service
We now offer an Uber booking service to our guests. The service carries a minimum booking fee of R20 and can be requested from reception.
On-site Care Taker
Guests can enjoy the presence of an on site care taker. Dickson, is available to assist with late check-ins and queries guests may have.

Housekeeping
Our dedicated and supervised housekeeping team provides a daily refresh service as well as a linen and towel change after every 4th night.

Guests have the use of a personal laundry service. Laundry bags and laundry lists are supplied and can be handed in at reception.
